All services must be paid in full before your product or services are delivered.
Service Delivery
CVs and cover letters will be provided to you on-line via the email address you have used to contact us initially.
Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with our product, we will provide you with a full refund. You are required to notify us in writing within 7 days of purchase detailing specifically why you are unhappy with our service and providing a contact email and telephone number. Refunds agreed will be credited back to your card or bank account within 30 days.
