Karen Gordon is the owner and founder of KGT Consulting which has been successfully guiding clients from across the globe empowering them to follow their chosen career as well as helping newcomers to integrate with ease into their new home since 2013.  Karen is a certified Career Coach with the Dutch association of Career and Job Coaches (NOLOC) and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) adhering to their code of Ethics.

Karen draws her unique expertise from over 20 years of broad business experience. Initially a graduate in Hotel Management and Business Studies, her career has spanned a range of industries. Starting out with the management of four and five star hotels including the “Leading Hotels of the World”, where she gained experience in top quality service.  Her managerial involvement in a range of successful startups developed her insight into business practices and leading edge technology, and her key HR, training and recruitment roles gave her invaluable knowledge across a broad spectrum as well as deep insight into the Dutch Labour Market.
